As a manufacturer with long-term engagement in the paperboard molding equipment industry, AGICO has recently finished producing and delivering an egg tray production line. This line is designed to have a production capacity of 5,000 pieces per hour and will be sent to a long-term partner in the Indian market, serving as an upgrade for their egg packaging project’s production capacity.
From January 7 to 8 in 2026, the equipment was packed in batches and reinforced at AGICO’s factory before being loaded into several containers for shipment. At present, the whole set of equipment is on its way by sea and is expected to reach the appointed port in India in early February.
For this order, AGICO made a customized configuration plan according to the customer’s actual working conditions. The production line is fitted with a self-developed multi-layer metal drying system. In actual operation, this system can effectively raise the thermal utilization rate, guarantee drying quality, cut down the overall energy consumption and improve the consistency and stability of the final products. This design is especially suitable for the Indian market, which has a strong demand for high-efficiency and non-stop production.

The packaging and loading work was done in strict accordance with international marine shipping standards to ensure the equipment stays in good condition after long-distance transport, making the subsequent installation and debugging much easier.
