Production shipment and transportation details

Factory preparation

The whole line of equipment has been strictly tried and tested before leaving the factory;

Standard wearing parts + spare electrical components + detailed manual;

All wiring, electric control drawings and operation videos are organized;

Packaging and Transportation

Each piece of equipment is packed with waterproof film + steel frame fixed + wooden pallet;

Molding host and drying line are transported in separate cabinets, and the packing list is labeled one by one;

Comes with “packing guide map”, which is convenient for customers to quickly unpack and assemble in the right number.

Full record of installation and commissioning process

Pre-preparation (completed by the customer):

• Complete the infrastructure construction (water, electricity, gas) according to the drawings provided by us;
• Open and categorize the equipment item by item according to the packing list and place it in the designated installation area;
• Contact the local gas company in advance to complete the natural gas pipeline access work;

Installation stage (we guide remotely):

• Pulp system installation: pulper connecting pulp tank + vibrating screen, adjusting the angle of pipeline and water inlet position;
• Molding host installation: fixing the 8-sided drum, correcting the horizontal angle, debugging the mold closing stroke;
• Docking of electric control system: wiring of electric control box, debugging of control terminal, demonstration of touch screen panel function;
• Drying system assembly: metal drying line according to the three sections assembled to complete, hot air circulation pipeline connection;
• Equipment linkage test: overall operation simulation test, optimization of pulp supply, temperature control system parameters;

Total installation time: 10 working days

Remote collaborative guidance using WeChat + WhatsApp + Zoom and on-site problem solving through bilingual technical documentation.
